Welcome to The Vending Lab Limited’s Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to your use of our website (thevendinglab.co.uk), QR competition, and services. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Participation
The QR competition is open to UK residents aged 18+. One entry per person via the website or using our machine QR code. No purchase required.

2. Competition Details
Winners are randomly selected on September 1, 2025, and quarterly thereafter (December 1, 2025, March 1, 2026, June 1, 2026). Prizes are non-transferable, subject to availability, and notified by email within 7 days.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on thevendinglab.co.uk are owned by The Vending Lab Limited. Users may not reproduce them for commercial purposes.

4. Liability and Disclaimers
The Vending Lab Limited is not liable for technical failures, lost entries, or damages arising from machine use, except where prohibited by law.

5. Data Sharing and Marketing
By opting into marketing, you consent to The Vending Lab Limited sharing your name and email with our partner for promotions, in exchange for giveaway perfumes, per our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination and Changes
We may modify or terminate the competition or website with 30 days’ notice via info@thevendinglab.co.uk.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
